How to create this with Shapeshifter AE
1) 3 layers with Pixelstorm (AE Animation Preset)
2) 1 Adjustment layer > Fast Blur
3) Pre-comp these and use it as a Displacement Map in ShapeShifter AE
4) Add AE camera and lights
5) Use the Twist deformer then animate the deformation lattice on 1 axis in ShapeShifter AE
6) Animate Displacement Height + Extrusion
7) Animate AE Cam, add your favorite finishing filters + Render
