Colour issues when exporting from FCP

This was shot on a Canon T2i Rebel in 720 60i.
Native 3 way colour correction was applied with only really the saturation dragged down.
When I export (exporting in HD) I am left with some weird artefacts.
To me it looks like it has been over compressed but has only been exported from FCP using quicktime conversion to H.264.

Any suggestions why this would be happening?
