OK. what it takes here is the use of drift attractors.
the liquid is the same like in my previous post.
i used a drag behavior on the particles in the x direction to make them not spurt out.
then i used 3 drift attractors to help the particles flow into the X.
It takes some fiddling in order to find the correct position and forces for the 3 objects that are placed in the wells of the drift attractors.
the raising liquid is a basic rectangle with the wave deformer applied and the stencil luma blending mode over a copy of the text.
