Man, after reading your story you are so lucky you didn't become a statistic, which would have been a shame because your skills are awesome.

If you plan on doing more of this, pack for the trip- and contingencies,
and then add the camera.

Thanks Anthony.
No doubt that I pushed the boundaries when I captured the sunset from northern europe´s highest mountain peak Galdhøpiggen (5:10-6:08).I´ll bring a gps next time, but I guess there will always be some risk involved- a rapid change in weather could be severe even in july at this altitude

Hi Morten, just discovered Creative COW the other day.... I just saw perhaps 10 seconds of your video, and I was back in Norway after 25 years in Australia and now Shanghai. The mountains, fiords, water, snow, greenery, skies and clouds and especially how you have captured the light on every item in nature is just how it was when I lived there. This country is in reality as it is in your video: it takes your breath away!
Now the question: How can you save the video clip so you don't have to stream with endless interruptions due to slow download speed? I want to show this to all my friends!
@Borge Hansen
by Morten Berg
Thank you very much. Norway is indeed a beautiful country.

I have noticed the interruptions aswell, especially when you watch the video in HD and full screen. I suggest that you try this link on vimeo: https://vimeo.com/31897918. The video plays smoothly there.

Regards

Morten

Very lovely, just what I adore. I regard this as video painting. Same concepts apply. Composition, form, rhythm, symmetry, design in color and light. Difference? Sought out and discovered rather than contemplated and created. All sans persona.

Thanks Cow and Morten

Thank you very much DK Willey. Nice to read this :)

I think he meant: Are the clouds composited.

A Composite is made from multiple sources. In the case of post production, layers.

Composting is something you do with your biodegradable trash to produce nutrient rich soil.

Yea, that makes sense.Thank you for your input Malzor

It is a breath taking, mysterious landscape which and your flute player captures in a very sensitive and moving way.
Thank you for sharing your country.

I mean is all the clouds are real?
or composted? -added using any composting application such as After effects-
@ayman abdel-basset
by Morten Berg
Yes, all the clouds are real. I used Sing Ray graduated filters to get more detail in the sky
Re: Timelapse from Norway

Thank you very much.

-I used 5d MK2 and 40d

-I´m afraid I dont understand what composting mean. I tried to translate it, but I couldn`t find a good translation in norwegian. Could you pleas try to rephrase the question?
