My demo reel is an attempt at creating a Star Trek beam down effect from the "next Generation" series. I did this as to teach myself how to use various EFX tools and as an example that Video Effects can be created using today's consumer available technology. This is pretty true to the series (and yes I watched a lot of beam downs to make sure). I had to use a combination of Adobe CS5 (Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects) and Particle Illusion to get this to look right. [less]
